Robert is a Pennsylvania State University graduate and owner of Rabell Surveying & Engineering, LLC. He is a Professional Land Surveyor and Professional Engineer in Pennsylvania and Ohio. Being a municipal engineer for the municipalities of Albion, Cranesville, Linesville and Springboro Boroughs, Mr. Rabell has extensive experience in Municipal planning and engineering, as well as stormwater management and utility design. He is responsible for sewer and waterline design, subdivision design, stormwater management plans and alternative sewage systems (i.e. small flow treatment facilities, spray irrigation systems,). He is also experienced in construction stakeout and construction cost estimating, once being a part of Rabell & Sons Construction.

Judi has been with Rabell Surveying & Engineering, LLC for more than 20 years. She was initially responsible for all drawings and office operations. With the growth of the company she now assumes much of the responsibility for the septic system permit application process. She is also involved in coordinating contract documents and specifications for utility construction projects.

Shad has been employed by Rabell Surveying & Engineering, LLC since 1995. Shad has experience in all types of surveys, including: GPS surveys, aerial photo control, boundary retracement, construction staking, topographic surveys and site surveys.

Matthew L. Swanson, PLS

Matt joined Rabell Surveying & Engineering, LLC in 1997. Matthew is a Professional Land Surveyor and holds the position of CADD Technician. He performs property boundary, topographic and subdivision surveys, ALTA/ASCM, deed research and legal descriptions. He also is responsible for land development plan and stormwater management plan preparation.

Tom joined Rabell Surveying & Engineering, LLC in 2004 and has become familiar with all of the company operations, both in the field and in the office. Thomas is also responsible for all Erosion & Sedimentation Control Plans and NPDES permits.

Jon joined Rabell Surveying & Engineering, LLC in 2013. He earned an Associate Degree in Surveying Technology from Pennsylvania College of Technology. Jon has experience in all types of surveys, including: GPS surveys, aerial photo control, boundary retracement, construction staking, topographic surveys and site surveys. He also has extensive pipeline survey experience.
